How do you tell someone how you feel about them?

I worked with a camp counselor this summer and we grew a sister relationship. She moved to Vancouver to go to college. We email each other back and forth. I really miss her and i don`t know how to tell her how much i love her.( as a sister) She is really something special. But i don`t know how to tell her that! Could you please Help me?

    just tell her she's amazing and a fantastic person and make SURE she knows you're not into her romantically!
