Can I sue a company for causing me stress?

Its a big recognized furniture store. Basically the sales rep lied to me. Sold me an incomplete TV without letting me know it was incomplete. Now the TV is not working properly. Tv has warranty but every time I call they click on me. And the Sh!tty managers don't help at all. Can I sue them for stressing me out. Also do you think I could win this case.

    You cannot sue them for stress, that's a ridiculous concept. You can enforce your warranty, and in some jurisdictions you can even void the sale and demand a refund if the product is obviously defective and constantly needs repair.

    Stress, no. For selling you goods other than what was claimed, yes. For failure to obey a warranty, yes.

    uh, why do you call them? take the TV back to the store with your receipt and ask for your money back. no need to deal with managers. they cant ignore their own policy
