How can I get rid of urinary tract infection. I can't go to the doctor because I don't have money or medical insurance. So I know drinking water help but is there anything else?? I know my sister had to drink cranberry juice when she had it. Please help me.

You need to go to the Dr because UTI's are an bacterial infection. Drinking cranberry juice helps prevent UTI's not get rid of it...
It will flush some of the toxins, but it wont rid the bacteria that multiplies- and if you keep going on without anti-biotics the infection can and will spread to your kidneys which will mean a greater risk to your health, and more expensive need of treatment.
Get some money, parents, friends, etc. And get it sorted. Cranberry juice wont rid it fully.
