How do you calculate temperature change between two different mediums over time?
Lets say you have 1 kg of sea water @ 302 kelvin, with 1 kg of air at 320 kelvin. Then, let us change the temperature of the sea water to 270 kelvin. What would the resulting temperature of the air be?

Calculate the amount of heat liberated upon cooling the seawater ( using the specific heat and , if the water freezes, the latent heat as well). Then calculated the change in air temp by giving that heat to the air and using the specific heat of air.
1kg * Cs * ( 302 - 270)C = 1kg * Ca * (T - 320)
with Cs and Ca the specific heats of seawater and air respectivelt.
Note that we assume that the seawater and air form a closed system. Also note that we force the heat to flow from cold to warm, which requires work.
