In order to view the store, you can go to "store.itunes.com" in your browser and you will redirected there. If you have iTunes installed, a message will appear every time you click on something. Its much easier to open iTunes, and click on the "iTunes Store" tab in the sidebar. This will take you directly there.
two ways. you can connect to the iTunes store by downloading and installing iTunes on your computer (link below) or you can BROWSE apps like this from apple.com (link below) but whatever you try to download there will always re-direct you back to the iTunes store FROM iTunes in your computer so you pretty much have to download and install. makes it easier. win win.
