could i have ovarian cancer?

i asked my aunty as shes a cancer nurse but she said it was impossible as i was too young anyway.....

iam a 20 year old female.

for the past 2 years my period has been very irregular. now ive had a period for the last 12 weeks. this week it has been so heavy that ive had to change my pad every 1 1/2 hours. i also feel very sick,im shaking, im tired, i have presure in my legs,(just above knees ,and thighs),back and abdomen, my stomach is swolen i am urinating alot more often than usual. and well basically im in alot of pain...im going for an ultrasound next week to chek for polycystic ovary syndrome ( although some of my symptoms dont match up )

Please help, any advice, anyone suffering similar symptoms anything?
