foods that keep you full?

i have 2nd lunch and by the time lunch comes around my stomach is growling and its kinda embarrassing cuz its so loud. lol but are there any breakfast foods that keep you full for a long time??

ive tried oatmeal and that was no luck on that

    7| apples An apple a day can keep you healthy?and full. High water content may be the reason. "Foods that contain water have more bulk and a lower energy density — meaning you get more food for less calories," Zied says. And do we even need to mention the fiber?

    8| beef Packed with protein and micronutrients like iron and zinc, a little beef goes a long way. Partner beef with a high-fiber side dish like wild rice or bulgur and you can close the kitchen after dinner.

    9| salad "Salad adds the bulk to a meal that keeps you full with less calories," according to Zied. Additional research from Penn State shows that people who eat salad at the start of a meal wind up taking in fewer calories all day than those who skip salad.

    10| popcorn A?great snack that provides bulk, popcorn keeps your mouth moving longer than the same amount of calories of other snacks like potato chips or pretzels.

  • Foods that are high in fiber will help keep you full such as whole wheat bread and bagels. In addition, you should pair them with a protein such as an egg which will also help keep you feeling full through lunch. Avoid foods high in sugar and white breads as they will spike your insulin and make you hungry within a few hours.

  • Apples and stuff with alot of fiber. Apples work great for me i have them 2-3 times a day. Also drink plenty of water.

  • try eating a healthy snack in between breakfast and lunch

  • CHINESE FOOD!!! it fills me up for about 10 hours....and im 104 pounds at 12 years old

  • anything baked, like cake or pancakes, donuts, any baked, doughy foods

  • Drink a lot of water! :)
