Blue yellow and red make black, primary colors. Grey is an absence of color from black meaning it would need to be mixed with white to make grey, because white is an absence of all color. Or not hahaha
With food coloring like these you're probably gonna end up with either a dark purple/violet or ugly brown. Mixing food coloring isn't like mixing paint or something. If you only have those colors, you're outta luck.

They sell black food coloring now - McCormick's for one. Mixing just a little of the black food coloring into something white would then make gray.
