Zelda twilight princess tears?

Im on Zoras Domain part and I have one more tear before I fight the ginormous one. it is right outside of zoras domain and it is wwwwaaaayyyyyyy up on a high ledge and both of the ways to get onto that ledge are blocked off by boulders so how the frick do i get it........ thanks

Update:

i beat it im in the temple now i just jumped off the very top and landed on the ledge

    i just finished that! its hard to find..but you need to warp back to the zoras place. fall down the big waterfall. and where that frozen door is, your little guy signals to jump up..well about halfway up..turn around and walk the other way on a outcropping. and he'll signal again to jump. keep jumping and you'll find it.
