Is there a program to put a dot in the center of my screen?

i'm looking for a program or some way to put a dot or something in the center/middle of my screen and stays in the center of my screen. I want it for gaming purposes. I cant see the crosshair that they have and I want a bright dot that always stays on top.

    Just get a piece of tape and put it where the dot from the scope is (if you're using a gun with a scope) o_o
