  • you are supposed to floss and brush your tongue and a gently your gums would be helpful to avoid plaque buildup. You shouldn't brush too hard though becasue they are sensitive and bleed sometimes.

  • Gently- brushing them roughly may cause the bristles on your toothbrush to bend and the full effect of brushing may not take place. Also, brushing to hard may cause gum recession, exposing the tooth root. To brush properly tilt toothbrush at a 45 degree angle and move in a circular motion. Hopefully this helps :)

  • Yes, brushing your teeth only removes bacteria and plak from your teeth. Brushing your gums removes germs in that area, cleans the area where your teeth enter the gums and fights off bad breath more efficiently.

  • Yes, just as much as your teeth.... very important.

top teeth brush from gums down. Bottom teeth brush from gums up.. this helps stop the gum receeding and exposing tooth structure= sensitive teeth.

  • There more than 90% of bacteria in the gums when compared to the teeth.

  • dentist say its good to because it keeps gum deseases away

  • you can, not too rough though. the main focus though is to make sure your teeth are clean.

  • yes but very gently

  • yeah i think we are supposed to so you dont get gigivitis!!!!
