How to fix my printer?

I have a HP Deskjet D2545 printer and everytime I go to print something, the lights (the power and down pointing arrow) flicker and rapidly flash without stopping until I hit the power button. Nothing will print, what's up with it?

    How new is the printer?

    Have paper?

    Have you googled the light codes?

    Reseat the ink(s)

    Sounds bad without knowing more.
