What are my chances of getting into the university of pittsburgh?
My freshman and sophomore year I did really poor, but by junior year I picked up and maintained straight As. I have a lot of ECs and with all my AP classes my senior year, I should finish high school with a 3.3 gpa. On my sats, I'm hoping on getting a 1900 on my sats. What are my chances?

Pitt is an excellent school. I hope that you get in.
Take it easy on the ECs. 1 or 2 that pertain to your proposed major and something that demonstrates that you can work with others [drama, debate, sports team, yearbook and so forth] are more than enough.
Admissions committees are very accustomed to seeing application from students who had a rough Fr and So year, then excelled in their upper grades.
SAT scores are only reviewed for the CR and M portions.
GPA is only reviewed as unweighted. The use of "weighting" is merely ego-stroking.
