I keep been turned down for an apartment... bad credit. Was told I need a cosigner. 520 score!?
Im living here in CT. What do I do... I have no family here to help. I desperately need a place to live for my 13 yr old son and myself. What do I do?
Went thru foreclosure last yr this time...was out of work for a few years and as a result I am on the verge of being homeless because the person I am staying with now wants us out. I am working now but havent been on my job for 6 months yet. The real estate comp asked for a cosigner I have no one.
School starts in 2 weeks. What do I do?

You will have to find a gullible and desperate landlord.
@. You aren't going to wake up one day and not feel entitled to screw over everyone.
Some places will let you in if you offer additional deposit. Offer to pay last months rent before move in. Other than that look for small houses and condos for rent by private owners who do not always check credit.
