Could be lots of things, improper pads, inexpensive pads, lack of installing them properly, bent hardware, lack of resurfacing or replacing rotors, bent backing plate. That outta narrow it down for you.
Have the rotors turned they might not be trued out on both sides to meet the brake pads so they will seat better into the [email protected]
maybe you bent the backing plate behind the rotor and it,s rubbing on the rotor.
