Not in our lifetimes! The days of cheap gas are long gone and we had better get used to it and start driving more fuel efficient cars or be prepared to pay out the asss for gas!
I doubt gas will ever fall under $4.00 anywhere in the U.S.It is putting a serious hole in my gas budget!

its not coming down anytime soon, and considering its closer to $10 a gallon here in the uk think yourself lucky!!
