im turning 18 soon an i want 1.. cuz the ps4 is coming out soon. an is there any plan that will let u pay off 30 $$ a month? or less.

    I think getting a part time job will help you save up the money for the ps4 or see if you parent get get for you as gift.cos no credit rating means no credit card.

    You don't qualify for a credit card.

    See if your parents will loan you the money. If they won't, you'll just have to save for it.
