What does your body say to you?

How often do you listen to your body? I find that a body, an organism, is always speaking. Speaking for its health, speaking its instinct, like for example your brain will react to danger almost automatically without the need of you consciously doing so, but how often do we stop and listen to what are body has to say? WHAT DOES YOUR BODY TELL YOU?

Thanks! just a question out of curiosity to understand the languages of nature.

  • It's the pain in your body that tells you

    your not dead yet. <}:-{(

  • Well, the reaction to danger does happen unconsciously- your sympathetic nervous system immediately responds, then you cognitively interpret the danger.

My body tells me that it despises sugar, it loves orgasms, and about a million other things.

  • Sex feels good, food tastes good, music is pleasing, bright colors lit up by a sunny day is grand, and marijuana smells so sweet.

  • You're totally right! Your body is your greatest asset! It tells you anything and everything you need to know about yourself!

  • My body mostly just asks for sex. That's why I get so sad when it stops talking to me.
