What are the assisting agencies and laws that govern Indiana waters?

I've searched everywhere I can, but can find nothing helpful. My Natural Resources teacher wants me, in full, to answer the problem, "Identify the assisting agencies and laws that govern Indiana waters, and develop a working understanding of the programs which benefit our water resources." Help, please?

    I'll send you a link to a google search for it. I think the top three on the page will have the info you need, but I dont live in Indiana so cant be sure. Also thanks for absorbing all those storms for us. Kentcuky'd be a lot less pleasant otherwise.

    Edit: Gee thanks for the failure to handle URLs, yahoo. Sheesh. It gives me an error message when doing things that work and yet cant bother to check for a URL before cutting off text.
