can you help me with my dinner ?

I was searchign up how to make casseroles. and all i can find is how to make them with onions or veggies like corn or peas. unforunatly i dont have any veggies . all i have is a bunch of potatos, beef, and two tomatoes. can someone help me figure out what to make with this?

If you have cheese...fry the beef. Slice the potatoes thinly. Layer beef potatoes in a casserole, divide thinly sliced tomatoes. Put a layer of cheese, shredded between other layers. Continue until ingredients are gone. Oh yes, season the beef and salt and pepper the potatoes as you assemble the casserole. Seasoned salt will work. You can use herbs, like oregano, tarragon ( use sparingly), margerim, or Italian seasoning over the potatoes or tomatoes as well. A can of mushroom, cream or golden, soup will go good over. Other cream soups would do too, celery for instance. Place in a 350 degree oven until the potatoes are soft. You do not have to put in the tomatoes, you can slice them and drizzle salad dressing over them.
