Can Humanity Ever Truely be 'Green'?

or at least neutral in their impact on the environment? I think no...

  • Humanity has evolved from the dark ages. Why do you want to go back?

  • We can live sustainably, but population control would have to be part of the plan. I don't believe it is possible to live neutral, but we could artificially renew our resources as quickly as we use them. However, we are not of the mindset to even come close to this as a society. There are people who are part of a movement striving toward sustainability. I am one, of many in my area, I grow much of my food on my property, I live with planned simplicity principals, which means minimal consumerism and I barter for items I can't grow myself.

  • No, it just simply can't be possible for the factories and other companies who rely on the necesities of the enviorment, destroy it. Sort of like a wash and repeat method.

  • "Green" is a marketing buzzword. I can't think of a single living creature that doesnt affect its environment somehow.
