Does anyone know anything about PG&E(pacific gas and electric company) low-income program?

I am not a US-citizen and how would I be able to qualify for the low-income program that PG&E has? It actually gives discount on the monthly bill. I am paying around $100 for the bill and I heard from my friend that if I am qualified, it will save me almost half of my monthly bill.

I live in California.

    They do have a low income discount, check the website for the amounts.

    You can save alot of money, or just call them.

    I don't think your US status makes a difference. You are a customer.
